Atek will only provide software to customers
once they are added to Atek’s customer base. To
become a customer, simply fill out the customer form by
clicking here, printing the
form, and faxng it to 514.334.8695.
OEM products must be sold with the appropriate hardware.
As an OEM software distributor, Atek will only provide
to customers who are system integrators, or who will be
reselling the OEM software with the appropriate hardware.
Atek accepts payment by all major credit cards (Visa,
Mastercard, American Express), as well as C.O.D., and
wire transfer. Contact a Distribution Coordinator for
more details.
Atek provides delivery services with Canada Post, Federal
Express, UPS, and Purolator, depending either on what
is most cost effective or special request by the client,
dependant on priority and delivery instructions. Customers
who reside in the province of Quebec will be serviced
by our local courier, or are welcome to retrieve their
software from our location.
Atek can provide dropship to your customer upon request.
All sales are given a 30 day return option, subject to
a 15% restocking fee applicable by Atek.
For any large quantity/large dollar orders, customers
are advised to speak with a Distribution Coordinator to
ensure proper pricing and availability.
